Live Edge Ash Dining Table

This 7’ by 42” live edge Ash table is complimented with a modern design, black powder coated metal legs. The top of the table is 2” thick, and has four Walnut bow ties inserted across a major crack at one end. Knots have been filled with epoxy and coloured dark using coffee grinds. A Castle Brown Rubio Monocoat finish has been applied to the top, edges and underside, giving the table a soft lustrous sheen, for years of protection. Seats 8 adults comfortably.

Cherry / Elm Table with Inlays

This square dining table is extra special as it is made from the Clients wood that had been pre cut and stored for several years. The top is made from Elm using breadboard ends to allow for seasonal movement. What also makes this table unique are the four Cherry inlays at each place setting into the table top. The inlays consist of a full size, detailed representation of an Oak leaf, an Acorn, a Maple leaf and a Maple key. This is truly a unique heirloom!

Small Cherry Dining Table with Matching Bench

This table was commissioned for a small kitchenette type space, and needed a matching bench. Both the table top and bench seat are solid Cherry, finished with Rubio Monocoat. The frame for the table and bench are Poplar painted an off white colour. A herringbone pattern outlined by a Maple stringer, was added to the table top at the Clients request. Legs are tapered on both pieces, with a small Cherry trim added at the lower apron line. This is a beautiful table and a very unique design.

Live Edge Walnut / Maple Dining Table and Benches

This dining table is made from 2” thick live edge Walnut slabs, separated by a curly Maple panel. The legs are rolled steel, 4″ x 1/2″ for the table, and 3″ for the benches. A black satin powder coat makes for an ideal finish. Maple inlays are used to break up the solid Walnut bench slabs, and bow ties have been placed within the table top. Both the table and each bench have a Maple stringer for support, and the tenon pieces are secured using powder coated eyebolts. The table measures: 84” L x 40” W. Although substantial in weight, the curved legs provide a lighter feel to the table and benches. Ideal for family gatherings around an heirloom piece!

Cherry Cabinet, w Drawers and Shelves

This cabinet contains 5 varying size drawers with grain matched fronts, and 2 cabinet sections which contain 3 glass shelves each. The cabinet sections are contained inside Cherry doors with bronze glass embedded into the panel frame door. The drawers are fully extendable to allow access to full depth, and are made of solid Cherry with dovetail joinery. The finish is a dark stain, with several coats of wipe on satin poly. Dimensions of the cabinet are: 52.5” H x 49” W x 15.5” D.

Live Edge Walnut / Glass / Metal Dining Table

2” thick live edge Black Walnut slabs make up the dining surface of this table. The slabs are complimented by flush mounted 3/8” thick coloured glass separating the two slabs, with the entire table mounted on 4” x 3” tubular steel flat black powder coated legs. The table sits 8 comfortably, 10 if you squeeze in! The finish is several coats of satin Livos.

Reclaimed Pine Harvest Table

This table top is made from reclaimed solid pine (from a local granary), with the remainder from kiln dried pine. The top has a distressed look, showing the original square nail holes and other various marks from years of wear. The top is fnished with a darker stain and 3 coats of Satin Finish Wipe on Polyurethane for a durable covering, while the base is covered with 3 coats of a satin Latex Black paint, contrasting the rich top colour. Dimensions: 84”x37”x30”. Seats 8 max.
